She has a Microsoft 365 certification, as well as a Prosci® Change Practitioner certification from CMC Partnership Global.
Sija spent many years in retail in roles from Sales Assistant to Change Lead and was partly responsible for overhauling point-of-sale systems and head office operations. With her adaptability and leadership skills, she is adept at managing change in high-pressured environments. Sija has a BA Degree in Commercial Studies, and her career journey so far shows a real commitment to continuous improvement and for facilitating change to drive business success.
Kate is a dedicated and experienced business systems trainer who enjoys making complex technical information accessible to everyone. She delivers engaging training, including post-training support, onboards new team members, creates engaging eLearning modules and training materials, conducts needs assessments and optimises business processes. Kate specialises in systems including Microsoft Dynamics and ensures there is a smooth transition to new systems, both on-site and remotely.
Kate is committed to skill development and learning, is proactive, flexible, has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is a great asset in fast-paced environments. In her previous roles, Kate has provided second-line support, conducted user training, and managed IT projects and she holds Train the Trainer and Tips for Learner Engagement certificates. Feranmi is an experienced and detail-oriented business analyst who effectively connects technology and people to achieve the best outcomes. Markus is a highly experienced application consultant in Microsoft Dynamics AX. He has worked across a variety of sectors in roles such as application consultancy and business analysis and has witnessed the challenges of implementing ERP systems and subsequent user adoption issues.
Markus has a solid educational foundation in Industrial Economics from Linköping University and has in-depth insight into the technical and people aspects of digital transformation. Having worked closely with clients to navigate the complexities of Dynamics 365 , it has made Markus determined to help them realise the potential of their technology.
Sanjay is an experienced consultant in ERP and business transformation. Throughout his career he has witnessed the challenges of implementing ERP and subsequent user adoption issues. Sanjay wanted to address the issues of disruptions to operations, unhappy teams and dissatisfied customers as a result of new technology not being implemented and adopted effectively. He wanted to help companies navigate the ever-changing business landscape and help them realise the potential of their technology.
In his previous roles in project management, training, and logistics together with his experience in efficiency improvement and change management, he realised that he needed to address the issues of ERP and Digital Transformation implementations and adopt a more specialised approach. As a result, Sanjay established BR One to help clients experience smoother transitions, emphasising the need to focus on bridging the gap between people and technology.
