This belief extends beyond ERP and digital transformation. We donate 5% of our annual profits after tax to Free to Be Kids, a UK charity supporting vulnerable children.
Why Free to Be Kids?
Free to Be Kids works with children who have experienced hardship, instability or significant adversity. Many of the young people they support struggle with low confidence and negative self-belief. The charity helps them begin to change the story they tell themselves about who they are and who they can become.
Their work centres around overnight adventures and nature-based residentials. Through time outdoors, team activities and supported challenges, children experience what it feels like to be brave, included and successful, sometimes for the first time in years. The charity is led by Mike Gee and his team, who dedicate their work to creating safe spaces where children can rebuild confidence and self-worth.
