The problems the client was facing
Our client is a leading global provider of Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services for a wide range of products, materials, processes and services. They operate in sectors where failure in service is not an option, providing critical support to industries such as aerospace, construction, defence, digital engineering, energy, life sciences, transportation and telecommunications.
BR One was approached to manage the global roll-out of ERP solutions, alongside various bespoke laboratory management systems. This project aimed to consolidate technologies from multiple mergers and acquisitions and provide a global target operating model to standardise and increase efficiencies.
How we helped
Our team led project delivery with a focus on change management and training. We planned, designed and delivered the change strategy while keeping stakeholders engaged through clear communication.
Change activities were aligned with a monthly roll-out plan across multiple entities. We supported the programme manager with strategic advice and key insights, developed a tailored change strategy and training plan, and created customised training materials. User adoption was ensured through ongoing communication, drop-in sessions and training delivery.
Conclusion
We developed a change and training strategy with materials that allowed for the successful roll-out of D365 across multiple entities. Processes were aligned across different countries, leading to increased operational efficiency and standardisation. The project was delivered with minimal disruption, and the global target operating model was successfully implemented.
