Being a hybrid company, our monthly BR One meet-ups are a chance to reconnect in person. Occasionally, we swap the London office for longer getaways such as the Lake District, where we combine teamwork with fresh air and plenty of laughter. Those sessions give us space to reconnect with our values and think clearly about how we work together, which always benefits our clients and the team.
We also enjoy doing things differently outside the usual work routine. Volunteering with Free to Be Kids or running team workshops helps us stay engaged and creative while building skills we can bring back to our projects.

I’ve spent my career implementing ERP systems and guiding organisations through business transformation. Over the years, I’ve seen how new technology can disrupt operations, frustrate teams and leave customers dissatisfied when adoption is poor. That motivated me to co-found BR One. My experience spans project management, training, logistics and change management. All of this taught me that the success of ERP and digital transformation projects depends as much on people as on technology.
I co-founded BR One to make ERP adoption simpler and to help organisations realise the value of the technology they invest in. I have worked extensively as an application consultant in Microsoft Dynamics AX across different sectors, so I understand both the technical challenges and the impact on people. Working closely with clients has shown me that technology only delivers real value when teams can use it confidently. My goal is to guide organisations through change so that their people can make the most of the systems they rely on every day.
I’m a change management consultant with a passion for helping teams succeed. My career started in retail, from Sales Assistant to Change Lead, where I helped overhaul point-of-sale systems and head office operations. I specialise in stakeholder management, communication planning, and designing change strategies that last long beyond go-live. Certified in Microsoft 365 and Prosci® Change Management, I love identifying the right tools for each organisation and seeing teams embrace change with confidence.
I help organisations manage complex change programmes, guiding teams to adopt new software and processes smoothly. I have led ERP projects in both the public and private sectors, working closely with leadership and staff to ensure change delivers real results. I enjoy connecting strategy with practical implementation, mentoring teams and making operational improvements tangible. My experience includes Europe-wide ERP programmes, and I bring that perspective to every project to make sure teams feel supported and capable throughout the transition.
I specialise in helping teams feel confident with new systems. I deliver engaging training sessions, provide post-training support, onboard new team members and create eLearning modules tailored to each organisation’s needs. I also conduct needs assessments and work to optimise business processes, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics systems. I am committed to skill development and learning, and I bring flexibility and strong interpersonal and communication skills. In previous roles, I have provided second-line support, delivered user training and managed IT projects. I hold Train the Trainer and Tips for Learner Engagement certificates. Alongside my proficiency in Microsoft Office, I have experience with other software tools and MySQL scripting, which equips me to meet a wide range of training needs.
I’m a Dynamics 365 Trainer and Business Systems Consultant, and I enjoy helping people feel more comfortable with new technology. I’ve supported organisations through system implementations and change, focusing on turning complex systems into clear, practical training that makes everyday work easier. I work across Dynamics 365 CE and ERP, partnering with teams to make sure the system supports how the business operates.
