Our founders, Markus and Sanjay, met in 2016 while working on a shared ERP project. Markus was an Implementation Consultant and Sanjay a Subject Matter Expert. From the start, they shared a goal. They wanted to help businesses use technology better and adapt to change with confidence.
As their careers evolved, they saw how poor technology adoption could cause problems. Projects slowed down because teams became frustrated and leadership teams lost trust. These challenges inspired them to establish BR One.
